    **Position Summary**

    The Aetna Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Data Analytics & Application Support team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Data Analytics team within the health insurance sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making. This position requires an understanding of health insurance operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis to identify gaps in current processes and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency & effectiveness

    + Work with project stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those needs into business requirements, strategies and milestones

    + Document business requirements, create project plans, and track progress against key milestones

    + Support the development and implementation of new processes, tools, and systems that improve data accuracy and accessibility

    + Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing

    + Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized templates, guidelines, and methodologies

    + Act as a liaison between the Data Analytics team and business partners, ensuring that data insights align with business objectives

    **Required Qualifications**

    + 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role within the health insurance or healthcare industry.

    + Advanced experience in Excel and other Microsoft Office products

    **Preferred Qualifications**

    + Proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, SAS and/or Tableau

    + Experience in health insurance process as well as healthcare fraud, waste and abuse

    + Experience with process maps & flow charts

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced virtual environment.

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $46,988.00 - $112,200.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

    How the Computer Systems Administrator will make an impact:

    + Provides day-to-day technical support, administrative support, and troubleshooting for telecommunications, automation, security, and customer unique requirements.

    + Conduct Day to Day System Administration of vSphere and Horizon environments:

    + Create/Maintain AppStacks, Gold Master Baselines, and Desktop Pools

    + Troubleshoot any issue that arise in the Horizon environment

    + Maintain Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM) User Profile Management and OS settings

    + Track and respond to customer service requests within established response time

    + Conduct System Administration of Dell Wyse ThinOS Thin Client environment

    + Upgrade/Troubleshoot Clients

    The likely salary range for this position is $80,226 - $92,259. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
