**Basic Function**

The Global Business Services (GBS) Network Management team oversees and supports Wolters Kluwer’s Enterprise Network, spanning multiple public/private clouds, data centers, and offices in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Wolter Kluwer is on an exciting journey to move to a public cloud-based WAN using Infrastructure as Code, and it is looking for a Senior Network Engineer (Cloud) to be a part of the team. The Senior Network Engineer (Cloud) will be responsible for the management, maintenance, support, and development of the networking in Cloud, which will span over 150 global locations and is integral to the company's success. This is a hands-on role and presents an exciting opportunity for anyone with advanced expertise in cloud networking, and network technologies in general.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**You need to have.**

+ 7+ years’ experience in networking & cloud engineering. Recent, expert level experience in managing public **cloud** network,.

+ High degree of expertise in **Cloud networking** - Virtual Networks, NSGs, Transit Gateways, DNS, Traffic Manager, Route 53, Express Routes, Cloud WANs, **SDWAN** etc.

+ Hands-on expertise and experience with **Terraform** (or similar).

+ Hands on experience in **CI/CD & Azure DevOps.**

+ Experience in working with monitoring, complex troubleshooting & debugging, supporting public cloud networks.

+ Experience in cloud network security technologies.

Sprinklr is looking for a motivated, self-starter, and solutions-driven professional to join our IT Business Apps & Systems team to help support and participate in the administration of our various financial systems. Prospective candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience in SaaS finance related system administration, preferably including NetSuite, or Finance related experience with a desire to transition into systems support role/function.

**Location** : This is a 100% remote position.

**Responsibilities** :

+ **System Administration** **,** **Configuration** **,** **and Customization** : Assist with day-to-day administration and maintenance of SaaS systems, including user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations. Assist with the configuration and customization of financial systems to align with business processes, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality.

+ **Testing** : Execute and document system testing activities.

+ **Operations** : Oversee ticket queues and assignments. Action operational tickets. Assist with project management and quarterly SOX/ITGC audit activities.

+ **End** - **User Support** : Provide troubleshooting support and assist with resolution of system-related issues.

+ **Process Optimization** : Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and productivity through system improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize business processes using automations.

+ **Integration and Data Management** : Support integrations between financial systems and other business applications. Monitor data quality and integrity, conducting regular audits and implementing data cleanup processes as necessary.

+ **Security and Compliance** : Ensure compliance with security policies, controls, and best practices related to system access, data privacy, and system usage.

+ **Documentation and Reporting** : Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, procedures, and system configurations. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, usage, and key metrics.

**About You:**

+ Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience administeringor end-user experience with NetSuite OneWorld.

+ Experience with one or more of the following SaaS systems highly desirable: Adaptive, ADP, Concur, Workato, Workday, ZIP

+ Experience with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.

+ Understanding of/familiarity withAdvanced Revenue Management (ARM) module in NetSuite a plus.

+ Familiarity with ITGC (IT General Controls) and SOX environments.

+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.

+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

+ Ability to proactively problem solve.

+ Ability to work effectively in a teamand collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

**Compensation Range**

$100,000 - $133,000 - $166,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Process Systems Engineer - Allentown, PA

Our client, a leader in the Industrial Gasses sector, is looking for a Process Systems Engineer for their Allentown, PA location. The successful candidate will be comfortable with P&ID development, with a good understanding of process engineering, controls systems, operations, and process safety.

**Minimum requirements and qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering

+ A minimum of 5 years’ work experience for an industrial gas company or an EPC firm, with a strong focus on P&ID development during feasibility studies, conceptual design, and detail design

+ Demonstrated experience in new plant engineering or plant process engineering with a focus on plant operations and start-ups

+ Demonstrated ability to make balanced decisions weighing operability, reliability, capital costs and operating costs

+ Previous experience with green hydrogen production facilities is a plus

+ A balanced multi-discipline understanding in Process Engineering, DCS/PLC Controls, Process Safety, and equipment/plant design is a plus

+ Use of tools such as Bluebeam, Smart Plant PID, Smart Plant 3D Review, and Adobe is a strong plus.

+ Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

+ Self-motivated and a team player

**As a Process Systems Engineer, you will:**

+ Develop and manage project P&ID’s, Shutdown Tables, and critical safety systems for bids, projects, and products

+ Participate in development of plant operational logic

+ Support front end bid development and scope definition

+ Participate in PFD reviews

+ Lead P&ID review meetings (Operability, Hazard Reviews, etc) and manage the resolution of technical issues raised by the project team

+ Participate in hazard reviews and other safety evaluations (SIL, Fault Tree Analysis, etc)

+ Drive the work process within a multi-disciplined project team to produce a project specific P&ID ensuring that plant reliability, operability and maintenance capabilities are considered

+ Ensure that P&IDs are produced in accordance with company standards/procedures and any customer specific requirements

+ Coordinate and lead the resolution of functional issues involving plant reliability, operability, and maintenance.

+ Develop P&ID execution strategy and engineering hours estimate for bids

+ Participate in 3D model reviews

+ Participate in plot plan development activities

+ Manage interfaces and tie ins with customer and other plants within the facilities
