    The typical pay range for this role is:

    Position Summary: The role of the Forensic Services Support Program Case Manager is to provide case management services to incarcerated individuals who experience mental and behavior health concerns. The Case Manager will support the individuals, during and post incarceration, to ensure a stable transition back into the community. This would occur by employing a holistic service/strengths-based approach that addresses conditions within the offender’s life that could contribute to recidivism, joblessness, homelessness, and/or substance abuse relapse.     QUALIFICATIONS:
