**The Production Tech is responsible for, but not limited to the following:**

+ Perform production activities for equipment set-up, package filling and labeling, and records retention using the Coca-Cola Quality System Guidelines in order to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

+ Maintain the plant's manufacturing equipment in satisfactory condition (eg, clean and sanitize tanks and pipe routings, maintain conveyor belts, hook up and load raw material delivery tankers, clean work areas)according to company GMP policies and procedures in order to assure the quality of the manufactured product.

+ Move raw materials and finished product (eg, syrup, concentrate, parts, point-of-sale) within the warehouse or other production facilities using forklifts or other warehouse equipment in order to supply production and/or facilitate shipping. Inspect facility (eg, production, warehouse, service/installation) to assure adherence to safety and operating policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) using company policies and procedures. Implement, evaluate, and maintain effective application of the Coca-Cola Quality System in order to ensure product quality as defined by company requirements. Calculate production yields and scrap quantities in order to accurately record material usage variances.

+ Perform microbiological testing of incoming ingredients, treated water and finished product. Perform ingredient receiving and incoming trailer inspection. (Processing/Quality Department)

+ Communicate with peers and others to exchange feedback on products/service issues, identify and/or solve problems, assess needs and or/achieve business results.

+ Identify activities not in accordance with company policies and procedures and inform appropriate parties.

+ Ensure appropriate documentation and retention of statistics in relation to execution against policies, procedures and standards.

**Position Requirements:**

+ 2 years of manufacturing and/or shipping experience preferred.

+ Available to work overtime and/or flexible shift hours when required.

+ Have good attendance and punctuality. Being in work area at scheduled shift start time.

+ Takes initiative and has accountability for the quality and effectiveness of own work.

+ Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Have working knowledge of production and warehousing. Able to safely operate a forklift and perform physical tasks including lifting and pushing /pulling (up to 55 lbs.)

+ Demonstrated commitment to development of skills. Works well in a team environment, across functional boundaries

+ Able to identify equipment and operational problems.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics is searching for a full time Videographer/Editor A to join their team. Duties include:

+ Operate under the direction of a Supervisor and/or client to realize the creative vision of video and audio projects, such as regional broadcasts, national broadcasts, athletic game day videos, and documentaries

+ Set-up and operate video recording, audio, and lighting equipment, in studio and on location

+ Apply the technical aspects of light, lenses, filters, and camera settings to achieve the desired effects. Use cameras in any of several different camera mounts, such as stationary, track-mounted, or crane-mounted

+ Participate in surveys for remote production locations and in the planning of production design and approach, settings, lighting, microphone placement, cable runs, etc.

+ Determine availability of power for lighting and audio needs

+ Organize raw footage; prepare and revise edit decision lists, as needed

+ Edit video and audio materials

+ Log and archive materials according to established data asset management guidelines

+ Coordinate and provide Supervisor with production materials such as music cuts, stills, graphics, and visual elements to enhance video content

+ Provide general support for audio/visual technology, such as wireless microphones, sound systems, and presentation equipment

+ Discuss problems with Supervisor

+ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, such as camera pedestals, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other professional equipment

+ Notify Supervisor/Manager in a timely manner when equipment is not functioning properly

+ Maintain and update equipment checklists, tracking equipment condition and availability

+ Make recommendations to Supervisor when stocks of parts, components, or other materials need to be replenished, and when new equipment, editing platforms, etc., may be needed

+ Evaluate completed products for adherence to established technical standards

+ Answer questions for, train, and provide direction to other technical-service and part-time employees/students, as needed

+ Operate University vehicles

Job Requirements: Requires education equivalent to 1 to 3 years of applied training. Over 1 year up to and including 3 years of effective experience.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**Summary of purpose/major responsibilities**

Responsible for working inside the fill area. Performs production in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need, and effective procedures.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

+ Must be qualified on Critical Setup and must maintain Gowning and APS qualifications

+ Completes Product-Pathway Assessment

+ Takes on the Lead Aseptic Technician role as a designee when necessary

+ Submits Work Orders Notifications in SAP and contacts shift Equipment Technician

+ Completes Non-Validated NRI’s and ensures proper documentation

+ Completes Documentation review of BFR’s and departmental logbook and facilitates BFR corrections

+ Acquires manager/designee review training

+ Completes testing of process related filters.

+ Performs routine inventories and escalates missing equipment/materials to management.

+ Consults schedule on a routine basis and ensure all parts and materials are available.

+ Trained on SAP and orders components as needed.

+ Training of all new technicians.

+ Ensures segregation of components.

+ Updates boards for OMS

+ Participates during routine Gemba’s of work areas

+ Performs production in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need, and effective procedures.

+ Must be flexible to ensure staffing for changing business volume and needs.

+ Must ensure maintenance of gowning and Physical dexterity.

+ Completes tasks and corresponding documentation as required by cGMP to ensure document completion (BFRs, logbooks, forms, etc). Works to prepare assigned areas for the oncoming shifts to ensure continuous operation and staffing. This includes assurance of all aseptic materials.

+ In on time and attends and participates in Shift Change.

+ Must be able to be complete and maintain qualification of utility sampling of WFI, Clean Steam, and DI as required to keep building GMP.

+ Participates or leads in all aspects of production process (SAP, Labware if required, Trackwise, RT

+ Reports, eDoc, HMI, SCADA access, Virtual Standards, etc.).

+ Works to resolve all production issues. Understands next steps and works to guide others through the process to complete them.

+ Ensures operational area is always adequately staffed.

+ Strive to become experts in their assigned areas

+ Works with lead technicians and managers to ensure continuous operation.

+ Assists with identification and closure of area irritants.

This role is for a nonexempt employee working in the Filling Department. Their Bi-weekly pay is based on previous experience and education time. Their responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

**Safety:**

+ Follows all procedures put into effect to ensure your safety as well as the safety of others.

+ Participates in monthly safety meetings.

+ Reports all safety issues, concerns, incidents and near misses to the team leadership.

+ Actively participates in safety walkthroughs coordinated by the department’s safety team.

+ Provides input for potential safety issues as well as contributing ideas for corrective and preventative actions.

+ Follows effective procedures to ensure the production of a safe and efficacious product.

+ Utilizes +QDCI boards for Safety issues

**Quality:**

+ Regulatory audit understanding and awareness. Point of contact for training discussions for regulatory and internal inspections.

+ Completes Shop Floor Gemba walks.

+ Point of contact for training initiatives within Filling.

+ Point of contact for all training change control and CAPA action items.

+ Ensures document revisions, logbooks, and forms are maintained as the correct revision on the production floor.

+ Understands the function of the quality group and works with them to maintain a positive rapport.

**Delivery:**

+ Supports production in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need, and effective procedures. Must be flexible to ensure staffing for changing business volume and needs.

+ Completes all assigned training

+ All other duties as assigned. Adheres to all other company time keeping and attendance policies.

+ Ensures proper Aseptic technique is followed

+ Completes all SAP transaction is completed in real time

**Cost:**

+ Executes procedure as documented to avoid deviations.

+ Utilize OMS appropriately

+ Works to resolve common production issues

**Involvement:**

+ Works to become trained in all assigned training modules. Attends the daily shift change.

+ Trains and orients new team members (at any level) as assigned.

+ Participates and leads team meetings. Understands respect, professionalism and confidentiality.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**

+ Requires good mechanical skills, computer skills and is detail oriented.

+ Must have basic mechanical aptitude, computer skills, good comprehension skills, retention skills, troubleshooting and manual dexterity.

+ Prior or related cGMP or pharmaceutical experience recommended

+ HS diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in cGMP or pharmaceutical experience

+ Associates with 1+ years in cGMP or pharmaceutical experience

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Proficiency in at least but not limited to three areas of operations or product line.

+ Must be a qualified trainer in one or more areas. Must be proficient in at least one of the following areas: Utility Sampling, equipment prep, tank movement

+ Must have knowledge and access to systems (SAP, Master, SCADA, RT Reports, Labware).

+ All other duties as assigned.

**THE FINE PRINT**

+ For influenza production roles **(excluding FFIP roles)** : candidate must be able to be receive influenza vaccine which is required for building access

+ For aseptic area production roles ( **excluding Flu production tech roles)** : candidate must be able to obtain and maintain current aseptic gowning qualification

+ This position may be required to be moved or temporarily flexed to another department or building within the FFIP operation due to business needs. Additionally, candidates should expect to work in multiple buildings. Some over-time/off-shift work hours may be required based on business needs. We will attempt to provide as much advance notice as possible, two weeks where applicable if any such change is needed.

+ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., and bend/lift/move objects as part of the job.

+ Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day (with occasional breaks)

Qualifications

We are looking for an energetic person that enjoys production work, problem solving and digital design. The perfect person will have a strong sense of organization, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Printing items without error. Responsible for the timely, qualitative completion of basic order fulfillment. + Updating templates using Adobe Illustrator with names, dates, and colors according to notes on orders.
