This position requires three to five years as a Packaging Operator II, Aseptic Filling Operator IV, or equivalent experience.
**Filling:**
The job functions and responsibilities include advanced operation of aseptic filling equipment including ointment fillers, gel fillers, solution/suspension fillers, line and equipment cleaning, line clearance, equipment disinfection, and proper documentation practices.
**Packaging:**
The job functions and responsibilities include advanced operation of packaging equipment including manual case labeling, visual inspections, bundling, cartoning, labeling, banding, line and equipment cleaning, line clearances, serialization, and proper documentation practices.
**Key Activities/Responsibilities/Job Functions:**
+ Maintains production area to prevent cross-contamination (line clearance).
+ Cleans/disinfects equipment after each run and performs line clearance.
+ Responsible for maintaining OEE (system entry and standards).
+ Properly document all activities and operations correctly and on time in the batch record.
+ Performs basic troubleshooting to prevent equipment downtime.
+ Performs preventive maintenance.
+ Performs line change overs of format sizes.
+ Meets and maintains all required training during the year (SOP, EHS, and HR).
+ Support operational excellence and EHS initiatives.
+ Assume responsibility for the GMP, ISO, EHS awareness and compliance within the respective area.
+ Attend and participate in OpEx improvement initiatives such as reducing costs and OEE improvements.
+ All other duties, as assigned.
