Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.

    The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm EST (Some flexibility needed based on business needs)

    The Mail Clerk position is a Part Time opportunity within the Central Mail Services team where clerks are responsible for making mail runs throughout 4 PNC building locations in downtown Pittsburgh.

    **Job Description**

    + Performs mailroom and reproduction services tasks within a division or physical location.

    + Distributing and collecting incoming mail and processing outgoing mail.

    + Determining, affixing, and recording postage on registered mail and packages.

    + Tracking volume and distribution of mail for reporting purposes. Verifying quantity of received goods against invoices.

    + Keeping mailroom equipment and supplies in good condition and reporting when something needs repair or replacement.
