Primary Responsibilities:

· Assists the supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the shipping and receiving department including the assignment of employees to include various picking, packing, crating, counting, weighing, assembling, packaging and identification of items going in and out of the facility.

· Verify that delivered shipments meet work order specifications such as amount and type of materials and direct the movement of shipments to storage and/or work areas.

· Assists in the management of traffic operations and ensures optimized carrier scheduling.

· Assists in the management of all warehousing and finished goods traffic activities.

· Assists in the management of shipments to and from vendors and customers.

· Keep management informed of department progress/issues.

Qualifications

· Regular attendance is essential.

· Prior experience in the shipping and/or receiving department of a manufacturing facility.

· Detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).

· Excellent project management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Prefer experience in PC Skills-Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook.

· Must have the ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, newsletters, blueprints and shipping related documents.

Shipping & Receiving Technician

Job Summary:

The Shipping and Receiving Technician is responsible for managing the shipping, receiving, and inventory processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and goods. This includes preparing shipments, loading/unloading various transport vehicles, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization in compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and execute shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and timely delivery.

+ Load and unload box trailers, liquid bulk tankers, and overseas containers.

Qualifications:

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the collection of accounts receivable invoicing, resolution of deductions and other AR disputes, and making credit risk decisions for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts. Additionally, Analyst is responsible for ensuring all cash application and customer credits are issued for the portfolio of accounts in timely fashion. Analyst will directly handle cash and credit for certain large / strategic accounts as needed.

+ Manage all AR collections and deductions of accounts in portfolio to maximize cash flow, minimize delinquency, and minimize exposure to bad debt and sales concessions related to uncollectible AR with strong adherence to process workflows for deduction types, and by effective use of company software (ERP systems, collection software, MS Office products, and other software).

+ Analyze credit / business risk and assign credit limits within their scope of authority or make recommendations to management on limits outside of scope of authority.

+ Make decisions on granting credit to customers who are not paying on time or have questionable creditworthiness.

+ Manage workflows that support customer and team schedules to maximize collection and accounts receivable productivity.

+ Liaison with sales and operations departments to resolve billing and shipping discrepancies.

+ Provide front-line service for all Credit and AR inquiries on accounts in portfolio.

+ Provide team-lead services during manager absence.

+ Provide timely credit review of all assigned applications for credit service.

+ Handle receivable processes for ar draft programs (aka factoring for specific accts) from request to analysis to preparation of large volume and complex listing of receivables for approval by Dorman management to sell.

+ Prepare reports as required.

+ Possible light travel (1-6 times per year) depending on needs in customer portfolio assigned and needs related to industry credit discussion group (MEMA) meetings.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

+ High School diploma or GED.

**Job Description**

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative. Responsibilities include all accounts receivable related functions, including keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts; planning course of action to recover outstanding payments; heavy phone activity with customers; locating and contacting debtors regarding payment status; negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans; handling questions or complaints; investigating and resolving discrepancies; establishing good relationships with customers; updating account status and database regularly; alerting supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts; complying with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.

**What you’ll do:** ** **

We focus on excellent customer service, and we take pride and phenomenal care in every order we fill for our customers – and their fuzzy family members. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including:

+ Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations using a Forklift, etc.

+ Fulfilling and coordinating orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.

+ Crafting accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.

+ Safely and efficiently operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations.

**Requirements: **

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures.

+ Willing to be trained on PIT equipment (Powered Industrial Trucks) i.e., Cherry Picker/Order Picker, High Reach, Movexx, Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, etc.

**Physical job requirements: **

+ Walk up to 2 miles per shift.

+ Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

+ Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift.

+ Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift.

+ Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.

+ Climb up and down stairs (where applicable).
