Responsibilities

+ Install, troubleshoot and repair fiber optic systems.

+ Set up and configure residential networking equipment such as ONT’s, routers and switches.

+ Analyze and record test results by performing tests on company issued and customer devices.

+ Interface with customers to identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.

+ Complete paperwork accurately, and report/record all work order status updates.

+ Customer service duties such as :

+ Greet and interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner including when responding to escalations and repeated customer concerns;

+ Review all requested services with the customer, in order to ensure understanding and agreement.

+ Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.

+ Places the appropriate signage in an area to indicate cleaning is occurring and floor is wet to reduce the risk of falls.

+ Reports identified repairs as directed according to current established policy or protocol or practice.

+ Utilizes mobile technology to ensure compliance with bed management procedures and other environmental services functions that are performed daily.

+ Gathers and properly disposes of clear bag and red bag waste.

+ Properly operates chemclave and autoclave for red bag waste in conjunction with regulatory requirements were applicable and properly packages red bag waste for shipment when chemclave and autoclave technology is not available.

+ Performs and maintains competency in current supplemental cleaning technologies available as prioritized by Infection Control under the direction of EVS management Prepares special case waste disposal set-ups for use within the OR as directed.

+ Cleans and disinfects all equipment before entry into the OR suite.

+ Is familiar with fluid waste management systems and placement in the docking station for proper emptying and sanitizing as well as placing back into service.

+ Performs weekly detail cleaning of all OR's to include high dusting, wall washing, ceilings, tracks, vents and lights, booms.

+ Performs scrubbing of floors in all OR's, sub sterile areas and scrub sink areas with powered floor care equipment Extracts carpets or can direct the proper use of carpet care equipment in a safe and effective manner, utilizing the appropriate chemicals and procedures.

+ Remains capable of or can direct the proper use of bonnet shampooing and spotting carpets equipment.

+ Collects soiled linen and transports to hospital staging area for vendor pickup.

+ All EVS Staff who enter Medication Rooms (Where Applicable) must receive mandatory education on proper Medication Room protocol.

Requires ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., carry and push carts from 100 lbs. to 500 lbs. when performing duties. Works under a variety of temperature conditions. May involve transporting items outside of buildings in all weather conditions. Possesses the ability to stand for long periods as well as to walk long distances to perform cleaning and disinfecting tasks of both high and low items/areas. Requires ability to perform job duties correctly with in established System EVS standards to facilitate patient throughput. Description:

Technologies handles the technology related work for retail locations such as big box stores, fast food chains, etc. They work with clients such as McDonalds, Chic Fil A, Target, Costco, Louis Vuitton, Old Navy, and many others. They go in when new locations are being built or existing locations are being upgrade and handle things such as POS systems, audio visual systems, security cameras, wireless access, phone lines, etc.

They will not be thrown into the fire right away, they will spend a few weeks with a Technician who will show them the ropes and then they’ll be cut loose once they are up to speed.

The Project Tech’s will be responsible for installing new system’s. These people should be able to read blueprints, know which type of wire to run where to complete the install, etc. They will also be working with the customer to ensure everything is being completed correctly. The point person for each customer will be the Project Manager but these people will be boots on the ground and interact with the customers.

Schedule will vary. They will have their schedules a few weeks ahead of time but they will sometimes work weekends, early mornings, overnights, etc. Please make 100% sure any candidates you speak with understand that and are okay with that.

They will be paid 60 cents per mile for any time driven to/from job sites. This includes the drive from their house to their first job site and from their final job site back to their house.

Certifications are not required but if they have something like CCNA, Network+, A+, or BICSI that would be great.
