Purpose - Diesel Mechanic:

Performs general diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, or senior technicians.

Responsibilities - Diesel Mechanic:

+ Performs general diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and established Integrated Solutions (IS) products

+ Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge

+ Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products

+ Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment

+ Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion

+ Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments

+ Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments

+ Accounts for all time on a timecard and for all material used in performing assigned duties

+ Responsible for other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

+ 1+ years of experience performing service repairs on agricultural equipment or equivalent

+ Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures

+ Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural equipment

+ Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions

+ Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes

+ Proficient oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly

+ Basic Service Technician certification preferred

+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred

+ Valid driver's license is required

+ Forklift license preferred

Responsibilities This position is located in a Federal Bureau of Prisons federal correctional facility, in the Special Investigative Services Office. Serves as an assistant to the Special Investigative Agent (SIA)/Special Investigative Supervisor (SIS) and is responsible for providing assistance during investigations, developing reports, preparing correspondence, maintaining evidence, and computer support. Assists the SIA/SIS in conducting investigations of inmate violations of BOP prohibited acts of various severity levels, such as assaults, introduction of contraband or narcotics, possession of money or currency, communicating gang affiliation and/or participating in gang activities, and other prohibited activities. Investigations can range in length from several hours to weeks or months depending on severity. Along with all other correctional institution employees, the Special Investigative Services Technician is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis. **Job Summary**

SHI has an exciting opportunity available as a Field Technician in our Modern Workplace Services Group. This is a full-time, that requires daily travel from the employee’s home location to the various customer locations within the region. The coverage area is approximately 2 hours from home and must have reliable transportation. The Field Technician can expect repair tickets to be assigned daily through a mobile application. The Field Technician will then schedule service with the end user and travel to the site to resolve the hardware issue. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. local time.

**Responsibilities**

+ Repair desktops, laptops, and tablets within the required service level

+ Document assigned tickets with appropriate troubleshooting steps taken and resolution details

+ Order and return defective PC parts to OEM as needed to meet required SLAs

+ Maintain inventory and provide monthly updates for SHI sparing

+ Assist with PC Deployment projects as needed, which includes

+ Unboxing PC’s

+ Apply image and updates to new equipment and/or

+ Install software and other applications as needed

+ Deploy desktop, laptop, or tablet to end user

+ Complete data transfer from old PC to new PC

+ Assist with end of life activities such as wiping, boxing/palletizing, and shrink wrappings desktops, laptops, and tablets for freight shipment

**Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ A+ Certification or equivalent industry experience

+ 2+ years’ experience in the IT Industry

+ 2-4 years of proven desktop support experience

+ 1-3 years of computer refresh and deployment experience

+ Experience installing, configuring and supporting Windows OS

+ Must have reliable transportation

+ The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Parker Lord has immediate openings for Aerospace Precision Machinists at the Robison Road facility in Erie, PA within the Post Bond Machining department. The Aerospace Precision Machinist is responsible for performing machining operations to achieve quality products with high level workmanship. Machinists perform operations that include setup and run for low volume production.

This position falls within the scope of the FAA Drug and Alcohol program which includes a random testing program and successful completion of an FAA pre-employment drug screen.

Candidates must be able to work off shift (2nd or 3rd) for an extended period of time.

+ Machining high value aerospace products to support the main value streams at the Parker LORD Erie facility.

+ Work to very close tolerances and ultra-fine finishes on rubber to metal bonded products, forgings and castings.

+ Inspection of finish machined parts (sheet metal products, raw materials, forgings, assemblies, etc.) using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments to determine conformance to specifications and drawings.

+ Daily interaction with other machinists to share best practices and support smooth shift changeover.

+ Complete all manufacturing paperwork and computer transactions accurately and timely.

+ Cross-training on various machines to facilitate continued machinist growth and support production needs.

+ Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality.

+ Participation in activities designed to improve safety, quality, customer satisfaction and productivity.

+ Proactive involvement in LEAN manufacturing and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

REQUIRED

+ High School Diploma

+ Minimum 4 years’ experience setting up and operating a variety of CNC mills, lathes, manual machines

**Title:** Service Technician

**Location:** Eagleville, PA

**Shift:** 2nd Shift (M-F )(3:30p-Midnight)

**Rate:** $21/Hr

**Key Responsibilities** :

+ Present a professional and courteous image to customers, tactfully handling telephone inquiries.

+ Assist customers with issues via telephone/email correspondence.

+ Quote prices and take orders for spare parts not covered under warranty.

+ Continuously strive to improve skills through training.

+ Perform necessary service on all products, maintaining a good understanding of current flashlight technology.

+ Aim to become a specialist in specific products or product lines.

+ Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering for complex repairs.

+ Train ASC personnel in operation and service of selected products.

+ Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality.

+ Provide detailed service estimates and initiate follow-up calls.

+ Handle sensitive payment information securely.

+ Complete all required fields in the Service Software accurately.

+ Ensure documentation on all products is accurate and complete.

**Qualifications** :

+ Minimum of two years of assembly and/or repair experience.

+ Basic understanding of electronic theory (preferred).

+ Associate’s degree or equivalent in electronics from a two-year college or technical school (preferred).

+ Proficient in testing and repair of electronic equipment, including the use of soldering irons, Digital Multi-meters, and various hand/power tools.

+ Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.

+ Excellent communication skills, both one-on-one and via email/telephone.

**Physical Demands** :

+ Regularly required to stand, use hands, talk, and hear.

+ Occasionally required to climb or balance.

+ Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.

**Work Environment** :

+ Frequently exposed to the risk of electrical shock.

+ Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and vibration.

+ Noise levels can vary from moderate to loud.

Job Summary

Performs a variety of healthcare environmental services (EVS) duties to enhance the healthcare environment by maintaining the location assigned. Follows special healthcare cleaning and trash handling techniques as required, ensuring professional and appropriate service standards while performing the job. Ensures the very best patient/family/ customer experience by optimizing all customer interactions.

Job Duties

+ ​Cleans and disinfects patient and non-patient facing areas, departments and spaces.

+ Handles various waste streams to include but not limited to; municipal waste and recyclable waste.

+ Wears standard personal protective equipment as required.

+ Follows procedures for the proper use of hospital approved products utilized in the cleaning and disinfection processes.

+ Places the appropriate signage in an area to indicate cleaning is occurring and floor is wet to reduce the risk of falls.

+ Reports identified facility repairs as directed or observed, according to current established policy or procedure.

+ Utilizes mobile technology to ensure compliance with bed management procedures and other environmental services functions that are performed daily.

+ Performs detailed cleaning to include but not limited to; high dusting, walls, ceilings, tracks, vents and lights.

+ Collects soiled linen and transports to hospital staging area for vendor pickup as applicable.

+ All EVS Staff who enter Medication Rooms (Where Applicable) must receive mandatory education on proper Medication Room protocol.
