• Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers

• Doing preventive maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment with little or no supervision and in a timely manner

**Qualifications:**

• 6 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred

• Specialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials), OEM training courses, ASE Certification, and 608/609 certifications (preferred)

• Experienced using all tools of the trade (including welding equipment, diagnostic equipment, and hand and power tools)

• Valid driver’s license required, CDL preferred

## **Job Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Repair, install, adjust and or maintain fracturing machinery systems in both the field and shop
+ Attach hoisting cables to pumps, transmissions, diesel engines, and other equipment at sites or shop for proper lifting
+ Troubleshoot, test and evaluate operation of machinery
+ Disassemble, clean, make repairs and text run all fracturing equipment
+ Inspect parts for defects\. Installs specific new or reconditioned parts, such as relined brake bands and clutch plates, sprockets, pump cylinder, and other parts of engines and pumps
+ Test function of pumps and other mechanical units, using auxiliary power\. Test\-run engines at various speeds, observes efficiency of operations
+ Install repaired equipment at sites, observes operations, and readjusts components, as necessary\. Maintain, repair, and install machinery and equipment at site, ensuring that all equipment is continually maintained at the highest standards, resulting in proper functionally and minimum failures
+ Perform quality checks along with preventative, planned and unplanned maintenance, repair, overhaul, troubleshoot and text mechanic and electronic equipment according to company standards
+ Track and log all paperwork necessary as required
+ Call or email daily report on the performance of the job and any equipment repairs made or needed\.

+ The starting base compensation for this position is $13.45 to $20.92 hourly. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

+ Our full-time technicians work a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required. You’ll get Sundays off each week, and another day during the week off dependent on business need.

What our Automotive General Service Technicians do:

+ Mount, balance, and install tires. Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.

+ Perform the following repairs: fluid flush and replacement, visual vehicle inspection, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.

+ Clean and maintain test equipment and machines. Empty portable fluid drains, as necessary, into the bulk waste fluid storage tanks, and clean portable drains in accordance with shop guidelines.

What you will need to succeed:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Entry level knowledge of PC-based automotive computer equipment and software applications.

+ Valid Driver’s license strongly preferred.

+ Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

+ The ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.

As a DeWALT Service Technician, you’ll be part of our Product Services team working as an on-site employee in a production style environment. You’ll get to:

**Overview**

Stryten Energy, with a long history in Lancaster County, operates a growing plastic injection molding facility in West Lampeter Township. We produce plastic components for car batteries and have a stable and growing customer base.

The objective of the Machinist C is to assist and support the mold shop activities as it relates to mold preparation, mold maintenance, and mold repair.

This is a 1st shift position (Monday-Friday; 7am - 3pm)

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform task assigned by Machinist Lead.

+ Moves injection molds around the facility as required by the toolroom and production departments.

+ Disassembly of injection molds, cleaning, changeover of components, and reassembly of the mold when completed

+ Electrical checks of mold heaters and thermocouples.

+ Water pressure checks of mold.

+ Complete mold and equipment work orders using computerized mold repair database.

+ Maintains housekeeping and cleanliness of the toolroom department as instructed by management.

+ Reports unsafe conditions to the Supervisor for immediate action.

+ Other miscellaneous dutes as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**Education, Experience, Certifications:**

+ Understanding of machining principles, preferred.

+ High school diploma, preferred.

**Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:**

+ Fundamental understanding of injection molding.

+ Thorough understanding of mold construction and mold maintenance principles.

+ Must demonstrate a high level of mechanical aptitude.

+ Basic machinist skill

+ Welding; TIG and MIG

+ Excellent communication and documentation.

We are currently looking for a Machinist for our manufacturing facility in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania. Our Machinists are part of a highly skilled team that is critical to ensuring large industrial equipment and systems are fully operational for continuous production and to consistently meet production goals.

As a Machinist, you will be responsible for reviewing samples, drawings, or instructions to understand specifications of output. Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping. Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job. Select appropriate machines to complete job. And preform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.

In order to become successful, youll have to quickly learn ATI, our manufacturing equipment/systems, and our maintenance program. A successful Machinist is a problem-solver and strong with troubleshooting, determining corrective actions, and identifying opportunities to enhance production efficiencies without compromising quality. Workplace safety is a core value and Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in our safe operation and processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

+ Should have a working knowledge using metal lathe, milling machine, drill press, hydraulic press, metal break and metal shear, metal forming, acetylene torches, blanchard grinding and metal cutting saws.

+ Install, maintain, repair, and replace industrial machinery, work tools, and equipment.

+ Preform both uptime and down time preventative maintenance in adherence to the master PM schedule.

+ Follow all safety practices and rules to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner

+ Maintain accurate records of projects including machine assembly, start up and installation

+ Participate in daily meetings, prioritizing and reviewing the daily schedule of work

+ Operate fork trucks and cranes, etc.

+ Provide assistance in operating in operating functions/areas

This role is Monday-Friday. As part of our Union Maintenance Team, you must be willing to work all shifts in our 24/7 operation. Based on the need, overtime may be available including other shifts and weekends. As part of pre-employment, a maintenance skills assessment will be required.
