    **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

    + Independently carry out the startup and commission of Branson Products as a Multi-Product Service Tech (ultrasonics, non-ultrasonics).

    + Conduct calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

    + Conduct Controls and PLC troubleshooting with Branson engineering assistance.

    + Establish and develop a strong working relationship with customers by providing the best service and experience with your work.

    + Prepare and coordinate service calls to include gathering technical data and selecting necessary spare parts and tools.

    + Provide follow-up customer visits using service reports and direct communication with Service Manager.

    + Strong electrical and mechanical skills.

    + Minimum of 2 years' experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical machines and components.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

    + Willing to travel approximately 75% (within country and region) - approximately half of this travel will be overnight.

    Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.
