    To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

    + Dissemble, diagnose, repair, and service our Flygt pump equipment

    + Troubleshoot electrical systems and pump systems; repair/rebuild as necessary using computerized diagnostic tools

    + Troubleshoot and make electrical repairs to electrical control equipment, including electric motors, VFDs, flowmeters, and PLCs

    + Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and service; diagnose and report any damage

    + Perform diagnostic checks using computer technology

    + Test all repaired equipment for proper operation and quality

    **Job Description**

    This is a traveling Field Service Technician role. This role will cover most of the United States, and will travel weekly! This means flying from an airport Monday morning, and potentially returning on Friday to your home. You may fly to multiple locations during the week.     JOB DESCRIPTION:

    This full-time position will oversee the implementation, use and maintenance of operational woodworking equipment in a hardwood flooring manufacturing facility. The operator will participate in the flow of the wood through our manufacturing process while assessing and taking responsibility for the speed and quality of the products being produced. The need to be able to communicate clearly with other employees in a respectful manner and work as part of a high-paced team environment, which is critical to being successful.
