**Job Description**

This role is a key member of the Business Resource Center (BRC), Aramark?s in-house creative team focused on developing high-quality sales and marketing communications. The BRC supports global efforts to retain and win new business. The team is creative, collaborative and dedicated to fueling the growth of the company.

The primary responsibility of this role in the BRC is to execute both large- and small-scale video edits. This role is a key participant in building and maintaining the video DAM. The position is a vital part of the creative team and has active engagement in project development and execution.

Hands-on, approachable leadership and communication skills are critical as our team handles requests from all levels of the organization ? from the C-Suite to field operations. Day-to-day work includes a variety of projects, requiring originality and ingenuity.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Demonstrating brand storytelling through visuals and motion graphics

+ Executing projects on time and with attention to detail within demanding timelines while managing multiple priorities

+ Reviewing shooting scripts and raw materials to create a story based on scenes? value and contribution to continuity

+ Trimming footage segments and put together the sequence of the project

+ Consulting with stakeholders from pre-production to post-production

+ Continuously discovering and implementing new editing technologies and industry?s best practices to maximize efficiency

+ Working with the BRC Creative Director and Motion Graphics Manager to develop one-off videos and define and develop repeatable videos for various lines of business

+ Continually improving and demonstrating best practices to peers, clients, and leadership

+ Assisting in the integrity, coordination and organization of shared video and project files within our DAM

+ Performing other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

+ Knowledgeable with all technical aspects within the video production industry

+ Expert knowledge of music, dialogues, motion graphics, typography, and effects

+ Expertise in final output specs and color grading

+ Expert level proficiency in Premiere/AfterEffects/Audition/Photoshop

+ Experience with DaVinci is a plus

+ Proven photography skills and experience is favorable

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and MacOS

+ Involvement and experience with live presentations and event streaming is a plus

+ A positive, can-do attitude with a deep desire to constantly improve and grow the team

+ Expert project management skills, with the ability to multi-task while still maintaining the quality of work and meeting deadlines

+ Ability to shift easily between strategic initiatives and tactical day-to-day deliverables

+ Excellent verbal and writing skills with thorough attention to detail

+ Thorough knowledge of timing and continuity

+ Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing

+ Ability to take direction well, but also motivated and capable of handling a project from start to finish

+ Exhibit strong customer service skills and have a proven record of high customer satisfaction feedback

+ College degree in design, marketing, film, or communications preferred

+ 5+ years of relevant professional experience including fast-paced agency or production studio experience

+ Reel or website of relevant materials is required at interview stage

+ Remote position based in Philadelphia; will need to come to Center City office routinely as needed

+ May be required to work non-traditional work hours to accommodate workload and delivery of deadline-driven projects
