**Job Description**

We are currently seeking a Production Operator at our Allentown Facility.

**Pay:** $26.52 / hour + $0.50 shift differential for hours worked between 5:00 PM and 5:00 AM

Annual increases based on performance

**Schedule**

5:00pm - 5:00am, on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

**Duties**

+ Perform basic maintenance and operation of fillers, labelers, case packers, and wrappers, including changeover, cleaning, and troubleshooting

+ Meet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency, productivity, downtime, and other key metrics including preventative maintenance, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and production output

+ Complete hourly quality checks and inspect raw materials against quality standards before loading

+ Cross train to perform work on other lines

+ Follow BlueTriton Brands Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards

+ Performs relief duties and vacation coverage when required

+ General housekeeping in all areas of production as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Requirements/Qualifications**

+ High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience

+ Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred

+ Ability to work the scheduled shift which includes start-up and handover meetings

+ Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred

+ Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience

+ Ability to work on your own and with a team

+ Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio

+ Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus

+ Forklift experience is preferred, but we are able to train new associates

+ Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and stand on your feet for extended periods of time throughout the day

+ Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature
