Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

ATS Scientific Products is expanding our team and have immediate opening for anAccounts Payable/Receivable Associatein our Warminster, PA location!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Enter invoices into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner

+ Prepares AP payments wires ACHs checks

+ Reconcile vendor statements

+ Answers all vendor inquiries by phone or email

+ Prepares analysis of accounts as needed

+ Assists in the monthly close process including reconciling the AP subledger to the general ledger

+ Assists with special projects as needed

+ Develop good relationships with vendors

+ Work with purchasing to straighten out discrepancies in the 3 way match process

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

+ Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience or combination of education and experience required

+ 35 years accounts payable or related work experience required

+ Previous experience with accounting software systems required

+ Must have a general knowledge of accounting and understanding of the general ledger accounts and how they relate to invoices

+ Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks

+ Attend all required health, safety and environmental training

+ Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor

+ Assist in investigating accidents/incidents

+ Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct
