We are looking for an Engineering Technician with a passion for technology & manufacturing processes to lead and participate in continuous improvement activities within Ultrasound transducers.

**Your role:**

+ Performs documentation work in Windchill in support of IQ/OQ/PQ and other engineering needs

+ Writes and performs qualification plans and reports as directed by engineers.

+ Develop and write assembly instructions to support building transducers.

+ Lead or assist in gathering data, dissection of product, and running experiments as directed by engineers.

+ Participate in qualifying BOM changes, yield improvements, and vendor changes by creating and releasing necessary documentation.

+ Possess strong communication skills

**You're the right fit if:**

+ 2-year associate degree in technical field preferred or equivalent experience

+ Familiar with transducer manufacturing processes and/or a minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment is desired.

+ Strong foundation in computer skills. Moderate level of familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Windchill and EDHR systems is desired.

+ Strong foundation in understanding parts drawings, and the use of measuring devices, such as microscopes, CMM’s and LCR meters engineering tools is desired.

+ Capable of using or being trained to use analytic tools, such as vision systems and measuring devices.

+ Effective organizational and time management skills

+ Understanding of Philips processes and systems

+ Ability to lead small teams

+ Good communication skills with peers, management and teams across all levels.

+ Demonstrate can-do, solution focused attitude

+ Be able to work independently and function as part of a high-performance team
