**Job Description**

The Direct/Indirect Technical Sales position is responsible for developing and managing a robust partner network within the designated territory. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to expand Bosch Rexroth's market presence and ensure sustained growth through effective partner management and development strategies. We seek an accomplished sales professional with a demonstrated history of nurturing strong relationships with both partners and customers.

+ Work closely with the Bosch Rexroth Assembly Technologies Business Area Leadership to devise and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that will be flowed to our channel partners.

+ Achieve or exceed predetermined sales and revenue growth targets through indirect and direct channels- to-market.

+ Foster and sustain strong relationships with current partners and overseeing their performance and providing training as needed.

+ Collaborate with regional partners/distributors in developing and setting annual sales targets.

+ Act as the primary liaison for all partner-related activities.

+ Regularly communicate with the partner network on sales, marketing, and product development initiatives.

+ Attend industry events (AHTD), trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Bosch Rexroth and its suite of Assembly Technology products.

+ Coordinate with marketing to drive lead generation efforts and routing of leads to appropriate partners.

+ Assist RKAM\GKAM in driving the specification process and supporting growth at defined accounts.

+ Evaluate customer requirements, budgets, and applications and assist in providing the best solution using the AT portfolio.

+ Closely, interface with Bosch Rexroth Application Engineers, Product Sales Managers and Inside Sales to promote a technical sales approach.

+ Provide input to Bosch Rexroth sales management, product management and customer support teams in the areas of sales policies, pricing, market growth and trends, competitive information, and sales initiatives.

+ Provide product know-how, feature/advantage/benefit information, competitor cross over data, application solutions to all accounts.

+ Provide regular reporting activities using CRM for account activity, opportunities, quotations, account development, etc.

+ Provide reports, as required, in a timely fashion (i.e., expense reports, business plans, etc.). Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, trade show exhibits, etc., as required.

+ Participate in special assignments, as required

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor degree or equivalent in technical area such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

+ Prefer 5 years of sales experience in either regional OEM sales or in a Key Market Segment

+ Knowledge of the Assembly Technologies (AT) as well as the machine applications encountered within

+ Factory Automation, and the technical solutions provided to Key Market Segments

+ Proven ability to develop customer base and generate sales to accomplish regional goals

+ Capable of conducting technical and sales presentations to key clients

+ Necessary time management skills to handle a consistently high level of sales activity and calls.

+ Strong understanding of the automation industry with firm grasp of mechanical concepts.

+ Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

+ Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).

+ Experience working with international manufacturers is a plus.

+ Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

+ Strong organizational and project management skills

+ Entrepreneurial driven mindset

+ Travel is required
