Job Overview:
The Piazza Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Research Project Budget Administration Assistant to support our financial management efforts. This role is vital in ensuring that our research projects are conducted within budget and on schedule. The successful candidate will assist in managing the financial aspects of the Center and our research projects, including tracking expenditures and revenue, processing contracts, sending invoices, and handling subcontract and contributor payments.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Track and monitor expenditures and revenue for research projects.
+ Prepare and send invoices to clients and stakeholders.
+ Process contracts related to research projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
+ Handle the processing of subcontractor and contributor payments in a timely manner.
+ Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.
+ Collaborate with project managers to provide regular budget updates and reports.
+ Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts as needed.
+ Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
