**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:** To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

+ Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply.

+ Plans and administers procedures and budgets.

+ Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.

+ Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

+ Have a strong customer focus.

+ Implement Lean Enterprise concepts and initiatives.

+ Focus towards Six Sigma quality and continuous improvement.

+ Drive productivity and efficiency improvements with the Hourly workforce, including streamlining processes.

+ Proactively support company-wide safety goals.

+ Be an integral part of Operations core management team.

+ Interact professionally with all departments, customers and suppliers

+ Flexibility, problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential elements of this position.

**QUALIFICATIONS** **:**

+ 10+ plus years in manufacturing environment with supervisory or management experience.

+ Skilled in Team Building and implementing employee involvement.

+ Ability to work constructively with plant leadership to obtain operating and business objectives.

+ Experience with Lean Concepts and implementing improvements for Operations.

+ Ability to work with customers on all issues and be first line company representative.

+ Outstanding Communication Skills.

+ Must have Problem Solving and Process Improvement Skills.

Salary range:

$91,500.00 - $164,500.00
