**Responsibilities**

**Primary Duties:** including but not limited to:

+ Understand drawings for planning

+ Determine appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements

+ Ensure quality and accuracy of welds

+ Maintaining welding equipment & machinery

+ Maintain adequate inventory of welding equipment

**Qualifications / Education Required** :

+ 3+ years of laser welding experience

+ Ability to work independently or in teams
