**Essential Functions of the Job:**

+ Install components as required by each workstation.

+ Cross train in workstations as required.

+ Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

+ Fill out any required documentation to support each process.

+ Lifting and climbing as required to perform tasks.

+ Have basic tools to perform assembly tasks.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):**

+ Common knowledge and use of basic hand tools.

+ Strong assembly skills

+ Work in a team environment

+ Must be able to read prints, instructions

+ Above average mechanical aptitude

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Hands-on attitude and ability

+ The ability to meet assembly deadlines

+ Able to wear personal protective equipment

+ Able to work overtime and/or including weekends as production schedules dictate

**Education and Experience:**

+ High School diploma or GED preferred.

+ Preferred minimum two (2) years of upfitting/vehicle assembly experience or related experience

**Working Conditions:**

+ Communicate respectfully with supervisors and fellow employees

+ Read and comprehend blueprints and tape measure

+ Requires various visual processing (i.e. near, far, depth, color)

+ Must be able to push and/or pull up to 40lbs

+ 80% standing, crouching, kneeling, bending, and reaching

+ Fine hand manipulation skills required to hold and use hand tools as required for tasks
