**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unified Communications Video Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in video engineering, particularly in managing and administering video conferencing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and other related technologies.

**Job Description**

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Administer and manage Microsoft Teams, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

+ Oversee Cisco Webex Control Hub and Cisco Cloud administration.

+ Manage Cisco CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) administration

+ Handle Cisco Expressway administration and troubleshooting.

+ Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless video communication and conferencing solutions.

+ This position would have exposure to VoIP telephony principles to support the converged voice/data-networking environment, Video Collaboration tools (MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom), Video Telepresence infrastructure (Microsoft, Cisco, Conference Rooms Systems).

+ Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.

+ Provide engineering support for conference rooms including Cisco, Crestron, Logitech, and others.

+ Assist in the system-level configuration and maintenance of Cisco IP communication applications: Unified Communications Manager, VCS and VCS Expressway, TMS, WebEx & Video endpoints.

+ Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video engineering and conferencing.

+ Participate in the migration of video conferencing systems from on-premises to cloud-based solutions.

+ Performs core technical aspects to supports infrastructure implementations, deployments and technologies related to Cisco Cloud Collaboration Technologies

+ Responsibilities include: Problem management, Incident management, and Change Management

+ Creates accurate project specifications

+ Drive proof of concepts to test new capabilities and technologies

+ Management and coordination of vendor and third-party escalation support

+ Provide technical input to create, maintain and implement content and standards

**What You’ll Need** :

+ 2+ years of experience with Video and WebEx technologies.

+ Familiarity with end to end design solutions to include integration, installation, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance experiences.

+ Works on prioritized/assigned features for ongoing sprint

+ Ability to work with and manage endpoints in Cisco Control Hub, onboard and provision video devices into Control Hub

+ Configuration knowledge of both Cisco Video Devices (room Kit series and EQX series as well MSFT Teams rooms (Crestron / Logitech specific
