Janssen Research & Development, LLC is recruiting for a **Senior Financial Analyst, TDS Biologics** supporting our Therapeutics Development and Supply organization within the Biologics team. **Responsibilities:**
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial leadership, support, and analysis to our key CMC department leaders supporting the development of all Therapeutic Areas, including:
+ Proactively partner with Biologics CMC organization responsible for formulation and supply of products for testing in clinical trials in preparation for commercial readiness to align financial targets with strategic goals.
+ Lead planning of major forecast cycles and long range financial plan, quarterly latest thinking, and actuals reporting for functional expenses (~$700MM) and headcount (>1,700 FTEs).
+ Support strategic investments to lead implementation of future operating models in partnership with functional business partners.
+ Support ad hoc projects, applying financial analysis to provide recommendations for opportunities to create new value for TDS
+ Identify and/or participate in the implementation of operational improvements / standardization of activities
**Qualifications:**
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
+ MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications is preferred.
+ A minimum of three (3) years finance or related business experience is required.
+ Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products industries as well as public accounting is preferred.
+ Must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
+ The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
+ The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.
+ The ability to navigate through ambiguity is required.
+ Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle several tasks simultaneously.
+ This position can be located in Spring House, PA, Malvern, PA, or Titusville, NJ with consideration for remote work on a case by case basis. This role may require up to 10% travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000- $124,200
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
