**Job Description**

**The Position**

The Clinical Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for the sale of our medical device(s) to appropriately selected, targeted accounts and health systems. The Clinical Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for the proper use and clinical education of our medical device(s), with the goal of accelerating therapy adoption, driving proper clinical utilization and achieving territory revenue goals within an assigned geography.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plans and implements commercial strategies and activities measured by account openings, achieving revenue, conducting hospital business reviews, and driving product/procedure adoption.

+ Conducts consultative sales calls and mobilizes corporate resources to targeted obstetrician, gynecology (OB/GYN) physicians, Hospitalist and Midwife customers, as well as all ancillary staff members.

+ Adheres to sales process for account onboarding and driving utilization, provides input to assist in the improvement of this process.

+ Executes all staff training on the safe and effective use of the Jada system, including in-servicing of all relevant medical practitioners involved in Labor and Delivery, and oversees all medical education planning. Support hospitals, birthing centers and local educational organizations in executing Post Partem Hemorrhage drills or simulations.

+ Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, including key opinion leader (KOL) cultivation and maintenance.

+ Works cross functionally on targeted Perinatal Quality initiatives with Strategic Account Managers, Regional Manager and Perinatal Quality Liaison.

+ Supports contracting and contract pull-through efforts, under the leadership of the Regional Manager and Strategic Account Manager

+ Collects and communicates customer insights to inform Marketing in the development of effective customer education tools to enhance safe and effective use of the Jada system.

+ Demonstrates outstanding product knowledge and can impart this knowledge to the larger national team via cross functional collaboration, including the field training of new associates.

+ Proactively recognizes and communicates urgent information in a timely manner.

+ Manages expense budgets for territory and completes administrative requirements on time and accurately.

+ Maintains current working knowledge of reimbursement environment and speaks proficiently regarding such matters.

+ Maintains company standards and is accountable for compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including the Quality Affairs policy, and sells products per FDA labelling and regulatory requirements.

+ Attends relevant professional meetings.

+ Provides clinical expertise in the Jada System including device details, procedural technique, troubleshooting and outcomes of clinical studies, as well as the full treatment algorithm for atonic postpartum hemorrhage and abnormal postpartum bleeding.

**Required Education, Experience and Skills**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

+ Experience working with physician customers and hospital-based selling and contracting.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficient with the use of CRM and maintains and updates in a timely manner.

+ Strong understanding of compliance-related concepts including the laws and regulations that govern device marketing and sales activities.

+ Expertise working with technology platforms designed to educate medical professionals.

**Preferred Experience and Skills**

+ Proven track record in medical device sales.

+ Five plus years of sales/business development experience in the healthcare industry, including startup/product launch experience.

+ Experience in Women’s Health.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Location/Travel

+ Able to travel as needed (up to 50-80%).

+ The selected candidate must be local to territory.

The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is stated below. Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

**Annualized Salary Range (US)**

$85,000.00 - $144,100.00
