    JOB SUMMARY: The Institutional Registrar provides leadership to plan, organize and manage all of the activities related to the student affairs department, including serving as the official authorized keeper of the Institutions student records.     + Verification of legal name for all matriculated students;

    + Assist with events such as Open House, White Coat, Commencement and Scholarship Auction;

    + Prepare annual reports for the following: COCA surveys, IPEDS, all credentialling reports and surveys:

    + Contributes directly to the Mission of LECOM embodying the essence of Osteopathic Principles and Practices by assisting with Institutional fundraising and participating in the LECOM Scholarship Auction;

    The Penn State College of Medicine, Office of the Vice Dean for Research, in Hershey, PA is seeking a Research Project Manager to oversee a nd manage a large, complex strategic initiative .

    Working with the Office of the Vice Dean for Research and Graduate Studies, t his position will lead an effort to improve operations and enhance Penn State Cancer Institute (PSCI) clinical research navigation, examining both PSCI operations and the various connection points with clinical cancer care and the university’s research infrastructure. This includes oversee ing working groups and advis ing on project deliverables and timelines, regulatory and data management plans, and financial administration; a nd serv ing as the project point of contact with faculty, s taff , and leadership .

    Specifically, this position wi ll ensure that project scope, deliverables, and milestones are achieved including:

    + Mapping and optimizing clinical trial subject flow and clinical trial study workflows from initiation to completion, ensuring agreement and centralized documentation.

    + Enhancing standardized regulatory process es that focus on changes of personnel, IRB updates, risk updates, and audit reviews to track compliance across all studies.

    + Integrating the IT infrastructure supporting the Clinical Trials Office at PSCI.

    + Review ing and updat ing s taffing policies, KPIs, and onboarding and continuous training program s to enable growth .

    + Ensuring strategic stakeholder alignment on PSCI’s clinical trial strategy, catchment area, and targeted disease states .

    JOB SUMMARY : The Staff Registrar is r esponsible for assisting with handling registration and maintaining the integrity of students’ personal information and academic records. This position will play a key part in the implementation of student management programs, including testing programs with different student populations.

    CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Acts as administrative representative with faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional, friendly manner at all times;

    + Works with the Registrar and Assistant Registrar to manage activities and assist with organization in the Registrar's office;

    + Serves as a content expert and accepts responsibility for the management of student records;

    + Works with the team to resolve problems regarding academic student records;

    + Provides resources on graduation and degree requirements;
